Major Logistics Operator
Phnom Penh – Sihanoukville Corridor
Challenge
A leading Cambodian freight company was experiencing high tire replacement frequency on their 80-truck fleet running the Phnom Penh–Sihanoukville National Road 4 corridor. Frequent blowouts and uneven wear were causing costly downtime.
Solution
Switched steer axles to HT-Pro 295/95R22.5 rib pattern and drive axles to HT-Drive 11R22.5 lug pattern. Implemented a quarterly tire rotation and pressure monitoring programme.
"Switching to the right tread pattern for each axle position made an immediate difference. Our drivers noticed the improvement on the first run."
